Deborah
COO/Administrator
Deborah has a unique combination of healthcare experience with skills to lead, organize and implement in clinical and operational healthcare organizations.
She has worked directly with Executives in many of the top ten Healthcare Facilities across America. Her academic credentials are in healthcare, business and education with a Ph.D. in Healthcare Management, Masters in Human Resource Management and Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology. She has lead in a wide variety of business sectors and environments including one of Colorado’s largest Physician Practice Organizations, many large healthcare and rural hospitals, governmental agencies such as the US Navy and Veteran’s Health Administration.
Her strategic planning facilitation, visioning, critical success factor identification, developing influence strategies, and redesign of systems and structures necessary to sustain results allowed her to facilitate a design and deployment of a Women’s Comprehensive Care Center. She has a passion for medical missions and women’s health.

Abby
Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Abby performs all the Botox Cosmetic® injections, as well as all of our filler products, like Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiesse. She is the one who trains, thru Allergan, other nurses and physicians the correct technique for injecting. Abby follows all of our patients pre-operatively and post-operatively.
Abby is happily married with two wonderful children. When she is not busy with her family, you can find her hiking or biking with her husband. She prides herself on her excellent abilities in the kitchen.
Amy
Patient Coordinator
Amy will be your liaison from your initial consultation through the time of surgery. She will assist you with your financial arrangements, schedule your surgery and be available to you for guidance while making your important pre-operative decisions. Amy brings over 13 years of experience in cosmetic surgery. Her cheerful and accommodating nature will allow you to feel like you are talking to your BFF (Best Friend Forever).
Amy is married and has a young daughter and son. She loves being a mother and wife and is a talented chef.
Grace
Bookkeeper
Grace comes to The Zwiebel Center for Plastic Surgery with 15 years of QuickBooks experience. You may not see her often, but know she’s busy behind the scenes keeping the records organized.
She’s happily married with 2 adult children. When not at the office she enjoys tennis, great culinary experiences and her Bouvier puppy named Royce.
Karen
Surgical Technician
Karen has over 13 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist. She is Dr. Zwiebel’s right hand in the Operating Room. You will also meet with her on your initial consultation and throughout your post-operative care.
During her spare time you will find Karen on the go with her two daughters. She also enjoys Yoga and biking.
Penni, MA
Penni has over 10 years of experience in skincare and Dermatology and over four years of Medical Assisting. She will care for you from your first consult through your post-operative care. Penni prides herself on educating and communication with each patient.
Penni has three beautiful children and two dogs. She loves being active and spending time with family and friends.
Timi
Front Desk Assistant
Timi is happy to help you with all of your scheduling needs and will walk you through filling out your paperwork. She is sensitive in complying with all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality. Timi takes the time during your office visit to explain how you can save money on skin care products, BOTOX and fillers with our Brilliant Distinctions Program.
During her spare time, you will find Timi with her husband and two children.
Tom
Massage Therapist
Tom graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2002 with over 1300 hours of training and has been practicing massage for 11 years. His has advanced certifications in Lymphatic Drainage Therapeutic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. He is also trained in Sports Massage and Reiki.
He lives in Centennial with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, lacrosse, yoga and tai chi in his spare time.
