By removing excess skin with a neck lift procedure, an individual’s facial shape and balance can be improved, providing the appearance of weight loss and a healthier, more youthful look to the facial structure. However, if Dr. Zwiebel determines that your skin tone is adequate, excess fat will be removed with liposuction (“lipoplasty”) alone.
