Graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BSN in Nursing. Kate has been a Peri-operative nurse for 26 years. Specializing in Cardio-Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopedic, General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. She has had the opportunity to travel on several mission trips during her nursing career that has taken her places such as South America, Vietnam and Haiti. Kate is happily married with three children & enjoys both mountain & road biking, snowboarding, running, & walking her dog, Sam. She also spends a great deal of time watching her son play hockey & baseball & her daughter play tennis. Kate will be your friendly and professional nurse in the operating room as well as recovery room during your exciting journey here at The Zwiebel Center.
